What inspired you to start/take over the family farm?:
I’ve been running the farm since taking over in 1999.
Why did you become organic?:
I farm organically because i believe it is the best way to produce food whilst encouraging and preserving wildlife on the farm. It’s also more interesting! I chose to join Calon Wen because I like the organic milk from Wales brand and because Moula the cow is a great image!
What do you do when you're not farming?:
My spare time is taken up with wildlife projects around the farm, reading and yoga
